Added in the panzer IV as a player controlled vehicle. This is pre-alpha because I am still ironing out bugs. But I wanted to a get a release out to you guys ASAP. So this is a little bit buggy, the tank is very prone to rolling over right now. And I havent finished designing a scope for it so you will be using the soviet tank sight.

The panzer and kv-1 are both very capable. Both can duel for some time but the panzer 4 is better at range. But be careful because soviet anti-armor rounds will sure make short work of the panzer. Especially when there are being two fired at you.
